1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using this website, or by purchasing a DefyAim.com product, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with these terms of service, you must not purchase or use the services and products offered by DefyAim.com as well as this website. DefyAim.com reserves the right to deny access to the website at any time, at our sole discretion.

2. Subscription

 When you purchase a subscription service from our website, the subscription timer will not start until you enter it in the loader. During game updates, some subscription will freeze time and compensate accordingly. However, it is not a guarantee for all products. As we work with many providers, if by any chance the developer seize operations, no refunds or partial refunds will be given. Once subscriptions are redeemed, no refunds can be given.

3. Product Usage

You explicitly agree, in using this website or any service or product provided, that you shall not perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, or abusive.
You may only use your acquire license(s) to DefyAim’s software on one computer. However, if that computer is replaced or changed and this causes an inability to use the account, we will allow exceptions for this case. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Sharing a subscription with another computer or user. If a sub is shared between multiple computers, which not regarded as PC replacement or upgrades by our staff member, we will terminate the sub.

• Chargeback, claim or dispute. If you open a dispute or a claim or do a chargeback through any of our payment services, including our merchants of records.

• Misuse of an account. If it is deemed that you have tampered with our software or have tried to use it for purposes of which it was not intended.

• Abuse or misconduct. If you are abusive or do not conduct yourself as we deem appropriate.

Some products or services offered by Defyaim.com may be intended for use on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies. Some products or services may additionally offer support for such anti-cheat technologies. Support for anti-cheat technologies does not necessarily guarantee that any Defyaim.com product or service will be undetected on that particular anti-cheat. We are not responsible for any damages incurred from using any Defyaim.com product or service on a product that is protected by any anti-cheat technology. Disputes or payment reversals are not permitted in the event that a Defyaim.com product or service is detected by an anti-cheat technology.

4. General Refund Policy

All purchases at Defyaim.com website, are virtual, non-refundable subscriptions. You will not receive any refund for partial or non-usage of the services provided, please make sure to follow the product requirements if you are going to purchase a subscription. Once you have downloaded or otherwise accessed our licensed software, you have received the full value of your purchase and will no longer be eligible for any return, refund or credit.  You may only ask the owner of Defyaim.com for a refund as we honor some refund requests, that are honorable. However, we do reserve the right to deny any refund at any time.
Unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charged back’ or deny payments to your account will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.
